The Master suite has a walk-in closet, King size bed with tufted leather headboard, 26" LCD TV, DVD player, iPod Adaptible alarm clock and a seating area. The master bath has double vanities and private bath with original sunken shower tub. Sliding glass doors lead from the Master bedroom to one of two covered outdoor eating areas. This one has a table, 4 chairs and a ceiling fan.

Two other bedrooms are within the home. One has a King size bed, TV, dresser, wall-to-wall closet, a sofa and ceiling fan. The other has a Queen size bed, TV, dresser, seating area and a 5 drawer chest inside its closet. Both come with iPod Adaptible alarm clocks.

The fourth bedroom is a separate, yet attached, guest house. It has a private entrance by the pool, and elegant, polished concrete floors. bath and screened porch. This private suite has a Queen size bed, TV, DVD player and iPod Adaptible alarm clock.

Recessed lighting and ceiling speakers complete the spacious living area. In the Palm Springs tradition of indoor/outdoor living, a wall of glass opens this large space to the East-facing backyard and view of the golf course. The adjacent dining room seats 6, and there is also a breakfast area that seats 4. Both dining areas have views of the backyard, pool, spa and golfcourse.

The kitchen has 2007 new Cesar stone Marble counter tops and backsplash. New silver wear, pots and pans, bake wear and stainless steel sink and faucet were also purchased in 2007.
