  The price is FOR EIGHT people and per the FOUR bedroom in the riad. RIAD in EXCLUSIVENESS- WHOLE RIAD.
  Breakfast, arrival and departure transfers are included.
  
  The FOUR bedrooms can be booked per night, per week-end, per week, per fortnight or for longer.
  According to the booking period the price varies from 144 € to 320 € all taxes included PER NIGHT, from 432 € to 960 € per week-end of three nights or from 1008 € to2.240 € per week SEVEN nights) for EIGHT PEOPLE.
  
  The Riad can be ALSO booked for ONLY ONE double bedroom or TWO or THREE double bedrooms (with 2 people by bedroom) per night or more (Week-end - Week - or more). See the prices in the in the pages of bedrooms TAFILALET-ANDALOUSE-TOUAREG and KAOTAR.
  
  Extra SINGLE bed for ONE people is available in 3 bedrooms for 30 Euros all taxes included per night.

  FREE WIFI in all the riad.
• All our bedrooms are air-conditioned (reversible hot and cold). Each bedroom has a private bathroom (sheets, towels, shower bidet-hot and cold water sink and toilet private) and a dressing room with storage cupboards.
  We offer the free stay for the children under 10 Years in the parents’ bedroom.. For baby, one cot and one baby bath are available for free.
  
  CANCELLATIONS:Since the reception of a mail,a fax or cancelletion e-mail :

• There are 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor above the patio. The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned (hot and cold) with dressing room, bathroom, toilets and separate shower. The decoration and furnishing are in Morrocan style. Bed linen, blankets, soap and shampoo are provided. Please leave bedrooms by noon on the day of departure. No smoking in rooms.
  CAUTION-IMPORTANT
  If you are more than 8 people we can put an extra single bed in 3 of our bedrooms.
  We also have POSSIBILITY to book befdrooms in a friendly riad in the same street at 30 meters from Dar KAOTAR (Same comfort and services and same price or close).
