Mandatory end of stay cleaning 190 euros
Option 1 : possibility to rent a sixth room for 3 persons : 350 euros per week in low season, 500 euros other seasons. 15m2 room including a bathroom and WC. Equipped with a 90 cm single bed and a sofa convertible into a 140 cm double bed
Option 2 : buffet breakfast (13 euros person, minimum 8 persons) - Low season special :
Possibility of flexible stays, minimum 3 nights.
Possibility of week end stay : from Friday 6 PM to Sunday 6 PM - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
