  Notes to the rental rates: Rate includes all local Florida state taxes (13%), normal use off electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen, high speed wireless Internet access, local phone calls. A portable child's cot (crib), stroller and high chair are also provided free of charge. There is a cleaning fee of € 75/$100. Minimal stay is 1 week. Monthly rentals (minimum of 4 weeks/ 28 days) are possible. Inquire for our monthly rates! Pool Heating is recommended between October and April and is available for $ 175 or 140 euro a week or $ 25 or 20 euro a day if stay is shorter than 14 days.
• Booking Deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price. Credit Card payments are accepted by Pay Pall! Security Deposit (payable at time balance is due - 6 weeks prior arrival) $ 500 or 500 euro. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  The security deposit is a standard charge and will be refundable if no damage has arisen during stay. For the comfort of our guests our villa is no smoking, however it is permitted on the patio area and no pets allowed policy in the villa. If holiday dates required span more than one price zone, enquiry owner for details. Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday less than 14 nights. Two weeks before your holiday we will send you: 1 Directions to our Villa 2 Lockbox number for your villa key 3 Management Company telephone number and Contact Details. In the villa is general information guide to make your stay an enjoyable one and trouble free.
• The deposit of 30% of the rental cost will secure your reservation, which can be paid by Paypal (credit card at no charge). The balance becomes due 6 weeks before your arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks of booking. A security deposit of €500/$500 is required with your final payment. This will normally be returned to you in full within two weeks of your departure. We try to make this as easy as possible for you. We accept payment in either € euro or $ US. (€ payments will be converted to $US in case of payment in $ US) Your balance payment may be made by cashier cheque (mailed to the US); Paypal with credit card (4% service charge for these option) or Internet Banking in euro or dollar.
