Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All local and Florida state taxes (12%) are included as well as final cleaning when booked for at least 1 week. When stay is less than 1 week you will be charged $100.00 for final cleaning. Pool heating, which is recommended between October and April, is available for an additional $25.00 per day or $150.00 per week. Pets are considered however they will be charged an additional $20.00 per day. There is a $250.00 security deposit, payable with the balance, which is returned 2 weeks after departure if there are no damages. The balance of your payment along with the security deposit is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. The booking deposit (at time of booking) is 30% of total rental price.
- Two weeks before your holiday we will send you: 1. Directions to our Villa. 2. Lockbox number to obtain your villa key. 3. Management Company phone number and contact details.
- Please feel free to inquire about monthly rentals (minimum of 4 weeks/ 28 days) or ask for special rates for stays of 3 to 4 months. Of course when there is something else you want to know do not hesitate and get in touch with us and we will gladly answer all of your questions. Even when your dates are not available please make it known to us; we might be able to help you.

- Bedroom 1 is an en-suite master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 26'LCD TV. Bedroom 2 is an en-suite master bedroom with a king-sized bed and 19'LCD TV. Bedroom 3 is a bedroom with a twin sized bed and a pull-out twin sized bed. Bedroom 4 is a bedroom with two twin sized beds. Bedroom 3 and 4 will share the family sized bathroom with tub and shower. A portable crib is available (as well as a highchair and potty) for you to place in any of the 4 rooms. All bedrooms have walk-in closets or built-in wardrobes. Even though the villa is air-conditioned throughout there is a ceiling fan in every room.
