Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rental rates include all expenditure except final cleaning (10 euro person), telephone charges and expenditure for heating during the cold season. Firewood for the barbecue and the fireplace is included all the year round.
We very often offer discounts during the winter season. Discounts are usually offered also for stays longer than one week outside very high season.
It is possible on demand, except in the case of very high season periods, to agree different conditions as regard the day of arrival and departure and the length of the stay. For periods shorter than one week or not including whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday, rental rates have to be agreed upon with the owner.
Cautionary deposit could be higher in the case of pets, etc.
Booking deposit: from a fifth of up to half of the rental price, but it depends how much in advance you book and for what season.
Exact conditions have to be agreed upon with the owner.
At present it is not possible to pay with credit cards. - Usually from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival from 16.00 to 19.00 pm (other times of arrival have to be agreed upon with the owner); departure by 10.00 am (later departure have to be agreed upon with the owner). If you arrive earlier than the stated time, it is usually possible to leave your luggage into a locked closet. You can stay in the garden, provided that you are not interfering with the cleaning of the house and the swimming pool.
Usually outside low and medium season the minimum stay is 7 nights (except at New Year and Easter time). If we accept shorter stays (weekends, etc.), the rent is not recalculated on a 'per day' basis from the week rents. - Damage deposit: EUR400.00

- There are three bathrooms in the house, two on the first floor (with WC, bidet, shower, etc.) and one on the second floor (with WC, bidet, shower and bathtub). On the ground floor there is a toilet close to the entrance and dining room. Close to the barbecue and swimming pool there is an external bathroom (WC and bidet) and a shower. There is a solar shower beside the swimming pool. At the arrival, we provide some liquid soap and toilet paper. There is an hair dryer in first and second floor bathrooms.

- There are 5 bedrooms: 1) with a large double bed and its own bathroom (1st floor) 2) with a large double bed, shared bathroom (1st floor) 3) with 2 single beds, shared bathroom (1st floor) 4) with a large double bed, shared bathroom (2nd floor) 5) with 2 single beds, shared bathroom (2nd floor) Twin beds are 80x200 cm, while double beds are 160x200 cm. On demand, it is possible to couple twin beds and have an additional double bed. We provide both linen and blankets for beds. Top floor bedrooms are equipped with a closet room, while the other bedrooms have wardrobes. All windows have mosquito nets so that you can keep windows open during summer nights. We have two folding beds for babies and a smal bed for a child (up to about 3 years old) and two highchairs. At the 1st and 2nd floor, there is a drawing room with a sofa. Ground floor includes two drawing rooms, fireplace, and a dining room, kitchen, laundry and an entrance hall.

In the house there is a fully equipped laundry room, with washing machine, iron, iron board, etc.
The house has a floor heating system and in each room there is a thermostat that allows adjusting the temperature.
Satellite television can be used only with free channels.
The telephone is a cellular phone for the use of guests. Internet is provided through an internet key with speed up to 14.4 Mbps and the traffic up to 2.5 Giga/semaine is free of charge.
Pets have to be looked after, since in the neighbourhood there are other farms with sheep dogs that sometimes are at loose.
The swimming pool is heated by solar panels.
The house has its own library with about 200 books in English.
If you plan to arrive late at night, you can ask us to buy some food for you (milk, eggs, ham, wine, etc.) and pay back for it at your arrival.
We usually leave in the kitchen one or two bottles of our extra-virgin olive oil.
