- We require a security deposit of 200 euros, payable of arrival. This will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure, providing the property is left clean and without damage. We do not charge for leaning but should the gite require exceptional cleaning before the arrival of the next tenant, 40 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Towels (pool/shower) are available at a charge of 5 euros per person.
Tea and Coffee are provided for your arrival. Other items may be provided, upon request. Meals for example, diner on arrival, breakfast, packed lunches or evening meal, may be provided, please enquire when reserving. (this service may not be available during peak season).
This gite has electric heating, a supplement is payable locally during low and some mid season periods.
