Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A security deposit of euro 200 is payable upon arrival. This will be returned within 14 days of your departure, providing the property has been left clean and without loss or damage. We do not charge extra for cleaning, however, should the gite require exceptional cleaning before the next tenant, 40 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Towels (pool/shower) are available at a charge of 5 euros per person. There is no extra charge for high chair or cot although there is a small charge for baby linen.
Meals can be provided, for example, meal on arrival, breakfasts, packed lunches, evening meal, etc. Please enquire when making the reservation. (please note this service may not be available during high season).
During mid and low season, our changeover day is flexible and we accept reservations for 3, 4, 5 day stays, or 10, 11, 12 days etc. Please enquire.
This gite has electric central heating. A heating supplement applies during low season, payable locally.
