Please note: we have kept the little charming pound in the garden, with its water lilies and frogs (to get rid of the few mosquitoes we have compared to the houses closed to the river, & that allowed you to have diner outside); the comings and goings of the hedgehogs and turtle-doves which come to drink in it are a delight. It is not very deep (1m max.), but, for your own peace of mind, we would advise that the house is perhaps not suitable for families with very young children who cannot swim. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent

- The bathroom downstairs has a bath (170x80cm), a washbasin, a wc. The bathroom upstairs has a shower, a large washbassin and wc too. Plus in the bedroom 1 washing facilities and separate wc. There is also a washing machine and a radiants in both bathrooms, heated towel rail witch is as good as or even better than a tumble dryer, when the sun and the wind don't allowed you to dry washing outside. 1 Bath towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bathrobe provided for each one + bath mats. All house linen is provided without any extra charge. You can travel light, we will see to the rest (If you forget your tooth brush we can even supply you one of these)

- Modular house to adapt it to the seasons and the various size of the families staying there. We can accommodate 6 people, (7 or 8 at the most with a fee of 25 euro / night / pers. 5 proper beds, the sofa beds are more extra beds to put up any passing friends). But for everyone comfort and, in line with our official 4-star status, the house ideally sleeps 5 people (layout of the house can be seen on our website). The house is on 2 levels & even the ground floor has a few steps where the level changes. Every bed has synthetic pillows bolsters and cosy duvets all treated against dust mites and non-allergenic. Every bedroom has air-conditioned or a ventilator, a Tv and DVD or VHs video player. In winter you have to know how to use a wood burning stove, because even though the house is fully insulated and have electric radiants in all the rooms, in the country side you need a wood fire to keep the damp out at bay, electric radiators on their own may not be enough.

ADSL WiFi and a computer available in all our houses and in the garden too! Swimming pool (10 x 5 heated to 28°C/82°F from May to mid-October) are available 400m away at the main farmhouse, accessible down the lane, on foot or by car (more picture of the pool on our website https://www.sibemol.fr/index_eng.php?p=2&a=1 ). Shared with the owner's family. (You may come across some cats, dogs and horses as well!) Table tennis and table football available by the pool. A full description of all the facilities the house has to offer are detailed in the rental agreement, which you can download from our website without any commitment on your part.
