Payments by credit card possible on site secure ABRITEL. This possibility offers cancellation insurance coverage related to your credit card. Banking fees are 2% for French residents, 2.2% for residents of the UK and EU and 2.7% for others.
NO DAMAGE DEPOSIT .No damage deposit for our foreign customers without checkbooks. We do not want to penalize our foreign guests with an additional payment of security deposit. For our french guests the deposit is formalized by a check not cashed and returned at end of the stay. - It is possible to have available in addition to the 3 bedrooms in the villa an independent garden guest bedroom with more than 50 m2 which can accommodate 2 extra people in the same comfort. Contact us for the price. This suite offers a living room with fully equipped kitchenette, internet, TV, air-conditioned and bedding 160x200 with shower and toilet with A/C.
This configuration offers 4 air-conditioned independent rooms with 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
When requesting reservations we need 25% of the total amount of the rental booking and the balance one month before the delivery of the keys. - The garden is maintained by a company each Friday afternoon.
The household of the villa and the pool cleaning are done in addition to the preparation of the villa on arrival day and in the middle of each week of stay and are included in the total rental rate. - Contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
