Departures: on Saturday before 9 h30 a.m. - 25 % deposit upon booking to be paid by cheque or in cash (postal money order) to the order of Edna Dairel-Cohen.
The balance of the total amount of the stay and the € 500 security deposit are paid upon arrival.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refunded on condition that I receive a mail 30 days before the expected arrival date. - During the peak season: rental is on a weekly basis (minimum), sheets and towels are provided and the rental starts on Saturday.
The house is available upon the arrival date: from 4 p.m. onwards.
And must be vacated upon the departure date: before 9 h30 a.m. please.
** During the low season, rental is € 100 per night and for a minimum of 3 nights.
Sheets, towels and firewood are provided. Arrival and departure date are flexible! - Non-contractual booking deposit: 25% rent
