Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rates are for the whole accommodation and for 6 people maximum. No tourist tax...You can rent the sheets, the bathroom linen and the household linen.
End of stay cleaning costs 45 Euro; a heating extra fee may be charged between October and April.
A down payment of 25% has to be paid upon reservation and balance is upon arrival.
The security deposit has to be paid after the check-in inventory, and will be refunded after the check-out inventory within a week. - In high and middle season, rentals are for a minimum of 7 weeks and start on Saturday. The accommodation is available on arrival from 3 pm and has to be vacated by 11 am on departure day. In low season, minimum duration: weekend. At the weekend, accommodation available from 4 pm on Friday till Sunday at 7 pm.
For Easter, Ascension Day, May 1st, Pentecostal weekends, do not hesitate to contact us to sort it out properly. - Non-contractual booking deposit: 30% rent

- Wake up in the peace of the sunny bedrooms which will make you enjoy the unforgettable charm of holidays in Southern France. The 12 m² blue bedroom has a view of the garden from the 1st floor. It has a 140cm bed and a cast dressing room with sliding doors (mirrors). The flowers bedroom, with its window which looks onto the pool, is perfect for children with its 90 cm twin beds and its chest of drawers. On the courtyard’s side, the bedroom has a 140cm bed between 2 cupboards. There is a desk to help your children do their holiday homework. Each bedroom has very comfortable bedding: wooden slatted bed bases, latex mattresses, pillows and bolsters... Blankets and duvets are at your disposal for each bed as well as a cot with mattress.

Outside, a 20 m² terrace permits you to have outdoors meals. The “treille muscate” will protect you from the sun.
You will share with us the gorgeous 10 m x 4 m pool in the centre of a beautiful Mediterranean garden.
Inside, except the cellar, there are 2 main rooms.
It has a large independent kitchen, with vitro-ceramic hob (4), a traditional electric oven, an oven micro-wave, an extractor hood, a dishwasher and a 2-door fridge with freezer above.
You can use also: mixer, juicer, kettle, coffee-maker, raclette device, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner.
You can have your meals inside too, in the kitchen or in the living-room. There is a television in the lounge area. Electric heating system and a chimney will make the winter nights warmer.
