Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• The price varies depending on number of days, weeks, people and time of the year. The reservation is made through a deposit of 30% of the total. The amount left and security deposit are paid in cash, Brazilian money, on your arrival day.
• Cleaning: It is the tenant’s responsibility to keep the place clean. The apartment will be received by the tenant in a clean condition. If the apartment is not in the same clean condition upon check out, a fee of R$ 100,00 will be charged as cleaning costs.
  
  Security Deposit of R$800,00 might be refunded in cash – Brazilian money BUT ONLY if the apartment is returned in the same condition as when tenant took possession.
  
  Arrival and Departure Time (Arrival time should be no earlier than 8 am and no later than 9 pm. (Brazil Time) Departure time should be the same time of arrival. 1 or more hours = 1 full day). Departure Time: If for any reason you are unable to depart on time, please feel free to leave your luggage in the reception and wait there if you would like. Extra time will be charged.
• Power Bill for the charges incurred during the rental period will be presented to the tenant for payment at the time the keys are returned.
  Note: The value of the bill will be charged according to consumption recorded in the time clock and should be calculated as follows:
  
  1) Energy consumption during the rental: Y-X = Z;
  
  2) Amount owed: Z * E = T;
  
  Where:
  
  • X = value of consumption in the clock marked the date of entry into the property;
  
  • Y = value of consumption marked the clock on the output of the property:
  
  • Z = total amount consumed of days leased;
  
  • E = Value of the unit for $ / kWh (dollars per kilowatt-hour) set by the rates prevailing at the dealership in the region WIDE / ANEEL.
  
  • T = Total amount due by the energy consumption during the stay.
