This is an attractive, spacious, new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium ideal for a family vacation. This community has a common center with an outdoor swimming pool, spa, fitness center and meeting place; ideal for multi family gettogethers or for making new friends.
This tastefully decorated home has carpeted living areas and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool.
This 3rd floor condo has its own balcony with table and chairs so parents should supervise their children at all times.
There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom.
There are also hairdryers available for guest use.
This condo is situated on a quiet community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. The owners of this home have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
