Details for Foresteria 4, 4-5 persons
Ground floor 62 sqm, 4 people.
Entrance from the garden onto the spacious lounge with sofa and two armchairs, an old cupboard a round table, stone bench along the wall, the Kitchen divided by a stone arch with a serving hatch. At the bottom of the sitting room there is on the left the double twin bedroom with with nineteenth- century beds, the bathroom with shower in bricks, and on the right side a small corridor to the double room and the door connecting with Foresteria 3 at the bottom . Hair -dryer, HiFi barbecue No TV.
Outside there are garden furniture with a wooden table-benches and chairs to eat outside, 4 sunbeds and hammock. The parking is close the house.
Foresteria 4 and Foresteria 3 can communicate (3+4) to host 8 persons and can be rented together as well All Foresteria (16-18 people)

- In low and middle season you get a reduction of 20% for two weeks, 30% for three weeks, 35% for 4 weeks.
Rates include: bed, bathroom and kitchen linens and tablecloths, TV-SAT, micro HiFi WI-FI, garden furniture and barbecue; swimming pool, gym- trail- 17 positions, lakes to fish or to have a to picnic, hiking sticks, Italian bowling field, two children play-grounds; table tennis, table-soccer, fishing-rods, mountain bikes. 1 cm of firewood. Electricity and water consumption, taxes.

Children under 3 years old are our welcomed guests. The extra bed under 10 years old is free.
Rates do not include :WI-FI 20€ per week, small pets allowed at 30€ per week, house cleaning (50€) at the end of your stay, heating is charged based on consumption (3,5€ per cubic meter); a security deposit, for the week-long stays, of 150€ due upon arrival which will be refunded at check-out time, extra basket 30€ - beds done and a choice of beer and soft d - Foresteria 3 and Foresteria 4 can be rented together- linked (8-10 people) as Foresteria 1+2 (8 people);
Foresteria 1+2+3+4 (16pax up to 18).
Weekly rates: apply from Saturday to Saturday, or possibly on request the days can be changed, for example Friday to Friday. Please, plan to arrive between 4 and 7 p.m. and to depart before 11 a.m.
Special wee end rates and for couples: We will be pleased to tailor special rates according to availability.
New Year: The tariffs of the new year are all included, with the heating, final cleaning, 1 bottle of champagne or Franciacorta (Italian Champagne), a basket of dry and fresh fruit.
Credit card accepted: American Express, PayPal - Meals: an agreement with a very good local restaurant for 12€ per person..Discounts from 10 to 20% are practised to our guests at the SPA, the golf court, the horse riding. Tennis court and football field available on request

- The shower is large made in brickwork and the bath comfortable. The house and than the bath have been restored in 1990 they are all very nice and comfortable. Three towels for each persons are changed weekly. The washing machine is available in an annex of Po' del Vento.The bathroom is provided with hair dryers, shower gel, soap, shampoo, toilet paper.

Bedroom 2 - 2 twin/ single, XVIII furnitures
- The double twin bedroom can become a double bedroom. In all the rooms you can choice a down pillow or a normal one. Authentic furniture's of XVIII century. Curtains in all the bedrooms and net at the windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer. The night are cool, because we are on 500mt on the sea level, and it's always 4-5 degrees less than in the valley during the summer and 4-5 degrees more in winter. The temperature excursions from day and night is of 10 degree. Pillow protectors, matress pads are provide.

Outdoor Activities :Relax in the hammock, fitness along gym trail in the forest, or simply walk along it or through scenic paths (20km),, play with your friends and sons bowls at 'bocce field', fish in our lake (No-Kill fosh), climb on the bird watching, ride mountain bike, play ping pong, soccer-table, relax in your hammock or sun-bed at the swimming pool (10x5), bring the children to the play garden near the house.
A wonderful olive oil of our own production.(The owner is a oil-wine sommelier and give a weekly lesson to taste the oil).

During the good season an astrophysics intervene weekly to describe our incredible sky at night.
