Ground floor, 62 m2, 4 people.
Entrance from the garden into the big sitting room/kitchen with a large sofa and two armchairs, table tv.sat, micro HI -FI, a table for 14 people. The French - windows looks onto the woods land. The double bedroom also has French-windows with double courtains. 3 steps from the sitting-room lead to the landing with the bathroom (showerin brique) and the twin room (one French bed and one full size single bed) to the door of flat 4.Curtains are present in all bedrooms and nets are placed on all windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer. The nights are cool, the temperature excursions from day and night is of 10 degrees. A constant, pleasant breeze keep always a good emperature. At night time the temperature goes to 19- 20 degrees centigrade.

Outside a benches wooden table for your meals; The sun beds ensure longs hours of rest , the Hammock for a shady siesta.

Children under 3 years old are our welcomed guests. The extra bed under 10 years old is free.
Rates do not include :WI-FI 20€ per week, small pets allowed at 30€ per week, house cleaning (50€) at the end of your stay, heating is charged based on consumption (3,5€ per cubic meter); a security deposit, for the week-long stays, of 150€ due upon arrival which will be refunded at check-out time, extra basket 30€ - beds done and a choice of beer and soft d - Foresteria 3 and Foresteria 4 can been rented together(4+4 linked together), with a reduction on the price

- The house and than the bath have been restored in 1990 their are all nice and comfortable with a large shower. Three towels for each persons are changed weekly. the large shower is brickwork.The bathroom is provided with hair dryers, shower gel, soap, shampoo, toilet paper.

- Both bedrooms are in liberty authentic furniture’s. The main double room with the extra large double bed can contain another bed. The other bedroom has a double bed (queen-size) and a single bed. In all the rooms you can choice a down pillow or a normal one, eider-down quilts in winter. The French windows looks at the wood land.. The squirrels could be seen from them at the sunshine especially. Curtains in all the bedrooms and net at the windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer. The night is cool, because we are on 500mt on the sea level, and it's always 4-5 degrees less than in the valley during the summer and 4-5 degrees more in winter. Pillow protectors, matress pads are provide.At night the temperature falls at 18-20 degrees to ensure a wonderful sleep.

Outdoor Activities : Do fitness along gym trail in the forest, or simply walk along it or through scenic paths (20km),, play with your friends and sons bowls at 'bocce field', fish in our lake (No-Kill Fosh), climb on the bird watching, ride mountain bike, play ping pong, soccer-table, relax in your hammock or sun-bed at the swimming pool (10x5), bring the children to the play garden near the house.
A wonderful olive oil of our own production.(The owner is a oil-wine sommelier and give a weekly lesson to taste the oil) .
Discounts from 10 to 20% are applied to our guests at the SPA, the golf court, the horse riding.
During the good season an astrophysics intervene weekly to describe our incredible sky at night.
