First floor 64 sqm, 4 people.
From the external staircase one enters the chestnut beamed ceiling, terracotta floor an comfortable sitting room with open fireplace furnished with stone benches and sofas. The kitchen is divided by a wall service hatch. The two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a twin bed ( on King size on request) furnished with XVIII century. They are divided by a small corridor which connects to the shower room with tiled walk-in shower. Furnishings and are extremely comfortable and welcoming. Chess, bridge cards, and a large choice of English books are at the disposal of the guests. Firewood provided.' Foresteria 1'is close the bowling green and 700m from the pool. the flat have a parking area, an independent entrance, mosquito nets, Internet Wi-Fi, micro HI-FI.
An area of the garden is furnished for your fresco meal and with sun-beds to relax under the sun, barbecue.
The owner will confide you all the secrets of the region.

The extra bed until 10 years old is free.
Rates do not include: cleaning at check-out (50€), WI-FI 20€ per week, beach towel 4€ per week, heating gas use (3,50€ per cubic/meter) (about 7€ a day), a security deposit of 150 which will be refunded at check-out time; small pets allowed at 30€ per week. Extra basket (30€- beds redone, beer, wine water in the fridge).

- The bedrooms of Foresteria 1 are antiques with old wardrobe and tallboy, one with an old toilet-table, old beds but new bedsprings and mattresses, choose between a feather pillow or a normal one and eider-down quilts in winter. The twin’s bed can be transformed in a double bed. The window looks at the wood land and the olive's hill. Curtains are present in all bedrooms and nets are placed on all windows, so you can sleep with the windows opened during the summer. The nights are cool, the temperature xcursions from day and night is of 10 degrees. At night time the temperature goes to 19- 20 degrees centigrade. Pillow protectors, matress pads are provide.

A wonderful olive oil of our own production.(The owner is a oil-wine sommelier and give a weekly lesson to taste the oil).
