Notes: In a present of an incomparable relation I would like to tender my apartment for you, which is situated in the heart of our capital. This apartment belongs to a specifically beautiful monument building, at a distance of three minute walk approximately, from the well-known square Oktogon. There are many shops, pubs, restaurants and a supermarket opposite the flat also the famous Gundel restaurant and Kulacs restaurant only two stops by metro or by tram. Prices cover taxes, electricity and heating expenses, bedroom and bathroom towels and linen as well as the daily and final cleaning.
