Trastevere area Apartment Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Rates up to 2 persons +15 Euro per night / +80 Euro per week for each additional person.
  Weekly rates only valid for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
  Extra charge for required final cleaning (50 Euro).
  
  This rate includes:
  * Utilities
  * Air conditioning (1.6-30.9) and heating (1.11-15.4)
  * Free calls to Italian, European and North American land lines
  * Cleaning assurance: if you don’t find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours of your arrival and I will have the apartment(s) cleaned again, free of charge.
  * 24 hours assistance for any issue not only pertaining to the apartment
  * Free booking at Galleria Borghese Museum (you will only pay the entrance fee directly at museum)
  
  20% deposit payable at booking (bank transfers free of charge, a small charge applies to payments made by credit cards). Cash in Euros at check-in is preferred for the balance payment. Credit cards (Visa or Mastercard only) also accepted with 3 day notice and with
• EXTRAS :
  
  * Car transfer to/from airport/stations (15 Euros per person, 60 Euros minimum fee)
  * The provision of linen (sheets, towels, tea cloth and bathmat) is not included in the rental rate and will be charged at a rate of cost 10 Euros per person, or you can bring your own linen and towels to avoid having to pay this cost.
  * WiFi Internet connection (3 Euros per day)
  
  * Baby cot: free (please note I do not provide linen, blankets or pillows for cots).
• Cancellation policy. The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
  
  Otherwise :
  
  If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  
  If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund.
  
  If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
  
  In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be fully reimbursed. Other expenses will not be reimbursed.
