It is 30 minutes from Tampa with Busch Gardens and Adventure water park and 90mins from Orlando's attractions. The development has tennis courts, a large heated swimming pool, private gym and childrens playground. There is also a 1.5 mile lighted waterfront promenade for jogging, strolling, and roller blading. There are 30 + Golf courses locally and also boating, fishing, jet skiing, parascending nearby. Notes: The condo is brand new and was only built in 2004. It has been newly decorated and and is in immaculate condition. It is a ground floor apartment with garage parking for 1 car so there is plenty of space for bikes etc. There is a disabled parking bay a few metres from the front door of the condo and there are disabled facilities at the swimming pool. The swimming pool is equipped with cabanas for changing, or staying out of the sun. They also have refrigerators and televisions installed.
