Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The stated rates are for occupancy with 2 persons per week. Each further person $15/day, children up to 6 years stay for free, children 7-12 years enjoy a 50% discount, plus 11% taxes.
The final cleaning will be charged with $145, the security deposit is $ 500. Both amounts can be directly paid upon arrival or transferred together with the balance.
The rental rate includes $25 per week for electricity charges. Additional usage will be charged with $0.15 per kw/h. The electric metre will be read together with you upon check-in and check-out.

We do not charge supplements for seasons or holidays! - The complete rental rate includes the following services:
- Support and personal check-in and check-out by us

- Water and litter collection
- TV, internet and phone charges (regional)

- Usage of the large gas grill incl. gas
- Swimming pool and garden maintainance
- Bed linen, small and large towels, beach towels.
For beach trips and boat tours to lonely beach, there are beach chairs, a parasol and a large cooling box provided.
If you also rent a boat, then we personally give the instructions and are available for support. You can count on having a contact person for all your wishes. We want that you enjoy your vacations and feel completely relaxed.
Price example for our Hurrican 237 Sundeck: 1 week US-$900 incl. instructions/final cleaning/tax.
The minimum rental duration is 3 days. - The payment terms:
- 30% of the complete rent upon closing of the contract, but at least $500.
- The balance is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date.
- Last-minute bookings within 30 days have to pay the complete rent immediately.
- The security deposit of $500 or €350 and the final cleaning of $145 can be paid transferred with the balance or paid in cash upon arrival.
If you rent the boat, the same payment terms apply. The security deposit for the boat is $1000 and has to be deposited in bar upon the receipt of the boat.

Kitchen: stove with ceramic glasstop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, walk-in supply cabinet, sufficient amounts of dishes, crockery, glasses, pots and pans etc.
Beach chairs, a parasol and a large cooling box cannot miss at a perfect beach day and are of course provided in the villa for your personal use.
