Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The payment of the rental price is only possible in EURO. For groups of up to 2 people, a discount of 10% will be provided. A deposit of 25% is due upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining amount must be paid at latest 14 days before arrival. Payments can only be made by transfer, credit cards are not accepted.
The prices are inclusive prices without extra utilities and final cleaning.
Electricity is charged individually. A reimbursable security deposit for possible damages amounting to € 300 must be paid within 14 days before arrival and will be reimbursed to you within 7 days after positive acceptance of the house. - A taxi service to and from the house and to the airport can be provided for € 100 for each way. The taxi driver helps you with luggage transport and with the 1st access to the house, which can only be reached through paths with stairs, which has the advantage that no cars can drive around the house and you are optimally located in the centre of the city, but you can enjoy the absolute tranquillity.
The house has 3 powerful air conditioning units, which heat, cool and remove moisture.
Internet cafes are located in the city, in the house there is no telephone and internet.

- The bathroom was completely newly built and decorated with typical tiles. The shower was built on a level floor with no entrance and has a glass wall. The double sink is set in a complete marble plate. From here you have a wonderful view to the rear garden and the coast.

- All bedrooms are equipped with a/c and heating. In the larger bedroom you will find a very large double bed with climate mattresses. The smaller bedroom is equipped with two single beds (1mx2m) and new health mattresses. Both beds can be pushed together to make a double bed. From here you also have a wonderful view of the coastline and the historic part of Taormina. A small compact unit for CD, cassette and radio is available. All bedrooms are equipped with several blankets and pillows, depending on the season.
