Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices above are for up to 4 people. For every further person there will be a charge of 25 Euros per day per adult, A charge of 25 Euros per child (up to 18 years of age) will be charged per stay. Children 6 years and under are free.
An extra charge of 150 Euros will be required for cleaning.
All bedlinen, table linen and towels are provided free of charge.
All tourist taxes are also included in the price.
Saturday is the normal arrival and departure date. A different day may be possible on request.
A security deposit will be required upon arrival and refunden upon departure. The amount required will be written in the rental contract and will depend on the number of people renting the property and the length of stay. - All guests at the house receive a special Guestpass which will enable you to receive special rates for various attractions in the region e.g. reduced entrance fees to swimming pools etc and free bus travel around the lake
- Please call us or send a message if you are interested. When you are interested we will send you contracts to be signed. The rental contract is only binding when it is signed by both parties.

- The main bathroom has a large oval bath/jacuzzi, a seperate shower and 2 washbasins. The bathroom can be reached from the hallway or directly from the main bedroom. It also has a door onto a balcony. The two showerrooms are en suite to the second and third bedrooms. On the groundfloor their is a seperate guest toilet which can be used as an en suite for Bedroom 4 (when needed).

- The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor all have access to balconies. 2 of the bedrooms have en suite showerrooms (with toilet and washbasin). The two larger bedrroms have sofabeds for extra sleeping space. There is also a sofa bed in the reception room on the ground floor, should further sleeping space be required. All sofa beds are for 2 people. They are 160cm wide.

Notes:
The fully equipped kitchen has a small eating area for 5 people. A door leads out into the garden from the kitchen. There is also a small pantry.
In the cellar there is a washing machine and dryer and area to hang up clothes to dry.
In the garden there are swings, a trampolin, football goals and a basketball net for the children to enjoy, as well as a wooden summerhouse and a little stream. In the cellar is a table football and other toys.
Books and boardgames can also be found in the living rooms.
In the cellar there is also a special area for skis which can be accessed either from indoors or from an outside side entrance.
