Lehigh Acres House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices are for a booking with 2 people (including tourism and sales tax).
Each extra person is charged with US $ 10 per day. Children up to 9 years of age stay free. - For a long-term usage of the house, we can offer better conditions (at least
2 months). - Before accepting the house, a security deposit of $200 is due. The deposit upon registration is about 30%. The remaining payment is due at latest 6 weeks before arrival.
The final cleaning fee for a booking with 4 people is $ 111 and for 6 people $ 132.
(including 11% sales and tourism tax).
