Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices are calculated for occupancy with 2 persons. Minimum stay 1 week, daily prolongations possible. 2 children up to 12 years are free of charge. Each further person will be charged with $10/day. Children between 13-18 years during high season $5, during main season $3/day. Maximal occupancy either 5 adults or 4 adults & 3 children. All prices plus 11% Florida tax.
Electricity will read upon arrival & departure and the usage will be calculated together with the guests on site.
Final cleaning up to 2 persons $100 + 11% Florida tax, more than 2 persons $120 + 11% Florida tax.
The grill has to be cleaned by the guests, if they don't this it will be charged with $35 + 11 % Florida tax.
Payment in US $ via bank transfer or Traveller's Cheque.
Upon booking a deposit of 30% of the complete rental rate is payable. The balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Upon arrival we will as for a deposit of $250.
German-speaking property management is available on site - During Christmas/Easter and Pentecost a surcharge of 15% applies. The minimum stay during this period is 2 weeks. For long-term rentals from 2 months better conditions can be offered.

- Both master bedrooms are furnished identically, each with a king-size bed and access to the private, identical bathroom. Like that the question of who gets which master bedroom will not even arise on the arrival day. Both master bedrooms have their private terrace access. In the third bedroom you find a queen-size bed as well as a single bed, as you can see on the picture. The single bed can be folded out and can be put anywhere in the house, depending on your requirements. If not used as a playing area, the couch can also provide a further sleeping facility. Just inform us about your needs and we will accommodate your requirements.
