All rental rates shown are ball park figures. For a specific figure tailored to your dates please email me. - Prices include electricity, air con, linen, towels (not beach) and local telephone calls. Unlimited international calls are available for a small additional payment on collection of the keys. Also, a Credit Card refundable security swipe is required on collection of the keys to cover any damage to the property/contents. Arrival time is after 4pm, with departure before 10 am on your last day. This is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
- The condo is cleaned professionally before your arrival and inspected and cleaned on your departure. A maid service is available if required at an additional cost. The condo is professionally managed with a 24 hour emergency service.
