- These prices correspond to the daily rent for the house, when occupied by up to 4 people. For each further person of 3 years and older are to be added 10 € per day; 5 € for kids under 3 years of age.
In case of a longer stay of at least three weeks we accord a discount of 5% on the daily rent. - Plus a once-only payment per stay of 80 euros for final cleaning and laundry.
The indicated prices include all extra charges such as gas, electricity, water, heating and A/C, bed linen, all kinds of towels (for kitchen, bathroom and beach). - No further costs will arise.
Upon request we can provide a baby cot, a high chair and a bicycle chair for children for free.
