- Monthly rate from September 2013 until June 30 2014 only, 3 month minimum stay, €4000/month, electricity, water, gardening and cleaning fees not included. Long term security deposit is equivalent to two month's rent. The guest cottage is for the owners use during this period.
March until end June €1800 is the rate for La Petite Luciole only. If you would like to rent the two houses for this period please contact the owner. July and August rate is 1800 euros/week.
Short term rental rates are including linen and indoor towels as well as end of stay cleaning.
There is a €1000 security deposit to be given at the beginning of your stay in cash.
The rate of €2000 euros per week from January 3rd until March 31st is only for the main house La Luciole.
