- Rental for part weeks calculated pro rata plus one day. A deposit of 20% of the rental charge is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Any booking made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be accepted in Euros if required.
- Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival: deposit only. 4-8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total rental rate. 2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total rental rate. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of total rental rate.
- There is an optional additional charge of € 20 per week for unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access in the apartment.
