Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental fee includes utilities, linens (white cotton sheets, down duvets or cotton blankets, down and foam pillows- 2 per person), and towels (bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels). We also provide bath, laundry, and dishwasher soap. There is a secure WiFi connection and we offer a telephone with free local calling and free calling to North America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and many other locations worldwide. The apartment is equipped with a stereo unit (iPod dock, CD player, and radio), and Sky TV with English and French channels.
- We require a 40% deposit of the total booking price by wire or check, and the balance is due 2 months prior to arrival. A security deposit equivalent to 500€ will be collected upon arrival in euros, dollars, or pounds and returned prior to departure. A final cleaning fee of 100€-120€ will be collected upon arrival in cash (100€ for one couple, 120€ for two couples). If you stay multiple weeks, there is also a mandatory weekly cleaning fee of 90€-110€. (Please note that for if the sofa bed is used, there will be an additional 35€ weekly fee for linens.)

- Each bedroom has its own bathroom and both are well-designed for comfort. The master bathroom is ensuite and includes a lovely soaking tub with the shower integrated into the tub. There is window that faces the sea which has reflective glass so you can't see in from the terrace to the bathroom, but you can see out to the terrace and sea from the shower. There is plenty of counter space and convenient storage, good light and a large mirror. The guest bathroom is located across the hall from the bedroom, and includes a nice sized shower, a vanity with counter space, and plenty of storage. It has a window facing the back garden filled with flowers and bougainvillea. The office or third bedroom has a sofa bed (a click-clack). Although a very comfortable bed, we only recommend the office for use for an occasional visitor. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, storage and counter space, and toilet.

- The two main bedrooms have high quality beds from Lit de France, with lovely, white cotton linen. Each bed has 2 foam pillows and 2 goose down pillows, cotton blankets and bed covers in summer, and goose down duvets and duvet covers in the winter. Each has bedside tables with very good reading lights. The rooms are decorated uniquely with art from around the world, oriental carpets, and convenient storage, illuminated by lovely lighting, all on dimmers, to create a romantic mood. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace through lovely French doors that open all the way so that the entire sea facing wall disappears. The view includes breathtaking sunrises in the morning, beautiful light from the sunsets, stunning villas lit up in the evening, amazing yachts bobbing in the bay, and a picturesque vantage of the Old Town. The office can be used as an occasional third bedroom as it has a sofa bed (and bathroom).

Notes:
You do not need a car but you should be aware that there are quite a few stairs to get from the villa to the village- about 300 to the top of the village and another 200 to the waterfront. You can also walk the street which eliminates all the steps, but the walk is a bit longer. Most people like the walk either way (and it's a great form of exercise when you're enjoying all of this French food!). However, if you want to rent a car, there is plenty of parking on the street in front of the property. Alternatively, there are taxis to bring you up the hill and a village mini bus. Two of the nearby grocery stores deliver. The villa is ideally suited for a couple who have occasional guests, two couples, or a couple with one or two children (older children are better as the terrace is not that safe for young children). It is petite (110 sq. meters), as it is half a villa, with its own private entrance, terrace, garden, etc. Although close to everything, it is very secluded and private.
