Casa Sophia is unique. Beach practically inside the house! Tranquillity! Away from the hustle and bustle! - The following is not included in the price:
- Motorboat (is available at the house and can be rented from the owner): 50 €/hour (time starts and ends at the boat house).
- Boat driver (app. $ 200 R/day)

- Rental car: can be booked, if necessary (car is recommended).
- Cable-TV
- Shopping service. - Reservation: 30 % deposit of the rental rate, payable via PayPal or bank transfer.
The rest 1 month before arrival.
Deposit: $ 2500 US. Will be refunded max. 2 weeks after departure, the extra costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Transfer/Banking fees have to be paid by the customer.
