A security deposit of 500 USD is obligatory - Please note: Terra Conte is not a typical vacation home. It is a classy and luxury house, very well kept and sought after, and absolutelly clean. All furniture is of high quality and there is no expense spared to keep the house on a top level.
Flat Screen TVs in three of the four bedrooms.
The boat dock is not only for boating, but also a great relaxation area and a perfect place to fish. If you rent a boat, you can use the dock and the boat lift.
All technical equipment is up to date. If something does not work during your stay, the property management will fix it immediatelly.

- The luxury equipped master bathroom features a stand alone shower for 2 Persons. The second Bathroom has a Shower/Tub. Towels for the bathrooms, for the pool and beach towels are in the house for your use during your stay at Villa Tera Conte. There is a table for ten outside as well as a huge sun lounge area with nice loungers and sun chairs.

- There is a Kingsize bed in the Masterbedroom as well as a Flat Screen TV. There is a huge walk in closet for your dresses and clothing in the Master bedroom area. There is also a one person daybed in the master bedroom. The master bedromm is connected directly to the master bath with bathtub, two showers and seperate WC. There are two more King- and one Queensize beds in the other 3 bedrooms, and two more flat Screen TVs in the guest rooms. The TVs are in the Guestrooms with Kingsize Beds. Every Bedroom has a large built in hanging locker for clothing. Every Room is airconditioned and has big windows for natural day lights. The guest bedrooms share a second bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC. Toweles and beach towels are in the house as well extra pillows for extra comfort if needed.
