Brief Description: This four plus bedroom home enjoys a private location on 20 acres just a few minutes north of Belgrade. Guests will enjoy fantastic mountain views and lots of peace and quiet at this home. There is a stocked trout pond on the property for some practice casting as well as a year round spring creek for the more advanced fisherfolk!

Bedrooms and baths: The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed and large private bath with a deep jacuzzi tub and shower. Off the master bedroom is a spacious bonus room that serves as the family room for watching some evening movies. This room also has a queen size bed that can be pulled out if there is a need for another bedroom. (Not a pull out sofa, but a regular queen size mattress). The other two bedrooms are downstairs on the main level of the home. One of these bedrooms has a queen size bed, and the other has two log twin size beds. There is one full bathroom with tub and shower off in the hall between these bedrooms. With an additional pullout sofa in the loft area, the main home can accommodate up to eight guests. Over the garage is an attractive one bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen,living area, full bathroom and its own washer and dryer. The apartment has a full size bed in the bedroom, and a pullout sofa. An additional four guests can be accommodated with rental of the apartment, for a maximum guest number of 12 at 356 Ranch.

Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen has quality appliances and amenities. It has absolutely everything you will need for any meal you have planned. There is a nice selection of cookware, serving ware and a good spice cabinet as well. Out on the deck you will find a gas barbecue grill and seating for those outdoor meals.

Dining area: The dining area adjoins the kitchen, with a beautiful dining table that will seat a group of up to ten comfortably. There is additional seating at the bar counter.

Living room: The living area is off to the side of the dining room and kitchen - the open space of this home is great for gathering after your day of fishing or hiking in the area. Cozy sofas are arranged nicely for conversation, enjoying the views out the windows, or relaxing in front of the beautiful fireplace. There is a television with satellite service, plus a dvd player with a small movie selection up in the family room.

Guest apartment: This sweet guest apartment is located up over the garage. The apartment has a cozy, western design. It has a full kitchen, so if your group has different meal schedules, you are all set! The living area has a couple of easy chairs, and a pullout sofa with gorgeous views over the pond to the Bridger Mountains. There is a back deck area set up to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the sunset. The apartment can be added to your rental for an additional charge.

Setting, acreage, views: The 356 Ranch is located on 20 private acres just a few minutes north of Belgrade. Bozeman is about twenty minutes away. The rugged Bridger Mountain range is in full sight! The huge stocked trout pond out front, and Story Spring Creek offer some great practice casting before you head out for the day's adventures. Catch and release only at the home!

Services available: The rental rate includes a weekly cleaning. Additional housekeeping, as well as catering services, and grocery shopping, can be arranged with a bit of prior notice.

Activities nearby: Besides fishing out the front door, there is hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails in the Bridger Mountains and Gallatin Range. For winter visitors, Bridger Bowl and Big Sky are both within a short drive. There is horseback riding, rafting, golf, and tours of Yellowstone National Park. There is plenty of great dining, art galleries, antique shops and more in the nearby towns of Belgrade, Bozeman and Livingston. There's so much to do!

Closest airport: Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport is just ten to fifteen minutes away.

Other details: There is a private phone at the home for guests' use for local calls. Please use a calling card, credit card or cell phone for your long distance calls. No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home without prior written approval from Mountain Home. The home has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.It is very rare for a Montana home to be built with air conditioning; this home does not have AC. All Mountain Home properties have fully equipped kitchens, and include good quality kitchen, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, laundry, dish and hand soaps.

Addition of Guest Apartment $400 per week.

Tax Accommodations tax of seven percent will be added to each rental.
Security deposit $500 - refunded within ten days of departure as long as the home is left in good shape.
