- The rental price is for the house with a booking of up to 6 people is $125 during the low season (May 1st to Dec. 14th) and $140 during the high season (Dec. 15th to April 30th).
The costs for final cleaning are US$ 130. (additional in-between cleaning can be arranged)
Included in the rental rate is electric power usage up to $35 per week (or $5 per day).
Our environment depends on our responsiblity to safe and conserves water and power. Therefore we ask you to keep the doors closed while the aircondition is running.
All other charges, e.g. internet connection and telephone (local calls) are included in the daily rate.
All prices are plus 11% tax (6% sales tax + 5% tourist tax).
The reimbursable security deposit is $ 350 and must be paid before arrival.
