We are customers of the firm BrightHouse, which delivers the Modem required for Wi-Fi at home upon ordering. The local address of BrightHouse is Centre Street, Cape Canaveral (side road of A1A , to the left, in the direction of Port Canaveral).
You pay $ 49 for installation of modem and service charges plus $ 35 for the first month.

- The first bedroom, which is the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed (1.6m wide) with side tables and lamps. Bedding is luxurious American with many pillows. Built-in closet with mirrored wall. Very tasteful choice of colours and furnishings. Next door is the master bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom is a combination of guest room and study. The room has desk + chair, bookcase, a comfortable armchair and a sofa bed, which is 1.4m wide as bed. There is an extra mattress roll and typical American bedding with many pillows. The second bedroom has direct access to the walk-in closet and to the second bathroom, which has a shower.

Notes:
Electric stove, refrigerator with icemaker and dishwasher are brand new. The stove has a ceramic cook top with 4 plates. The kitchen has double sink and has waste disposer and hand shower.
Living room with home theatre system + surround sound system.
All rooms have ceiling fans, balcony has two.
Balcony is protected with a thick wire mesh. Additional screen on the balcony: a self-invented wind and solar protection system, which also helps in maintaining privacy.
For the balcony, there are two tables with chairs, a spacious placement table and a cosy sun bed.
For beach use: 2 parasols, 2 beach chairs, 2 sun beds, 2 coolers.
2 fishing rods + other fishing equipments.
(Coin) washer and dryer are located in a room next door. They are shared with our four neighbours on the 1st storey.
In the pool clubhouse there is a sauna, gym and party room. There is a Weber grill available on the pool.
