The usual rental per night is US$120 and I have decided to cut the rental to US$90 per night. The house is very near a wonderful west coach beach called Heywoods. Speightstown is a short walk away and Port St Charles is just across the road. Villa St Clair is a beautiful family house with a sun deck, a garden and plenty of space for up to six people. You will have the services of a House Manager.
