Notes:
On the ground floor all rooms have direct and level access to the garden through the 2.70 m high doors. If all doors are open during the summer, the house is flooded with light and you are living in the middle of nature. The scents of summer come through all rooms. The property is enclosed and has a wonderful location, about 50 m above the Lago Maggiore - with an unbelievably impressive 180 panorama view (unobstructed). You can see the sunrise in the morning and it remains until late in the evening until it goes down behind the mountains - maximum setup of the property facing the sun - optimal southern slope location! During the winter, there will be enough firewood available for colder nights with nice conversation and a good glass of wine with friends.
