Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates are based on two adults. Any additional adult pays 15 US$ per night. Kids under 14 years are free. The house sleeps a maximum of four adults. Rates include exclusive usage of the house and the 2.5 acres property. Rates also include cleaning of the house and taxes.
Payments can be made in US$, cash only, and credit cards are not accepted. A minimum stay of three nights is required.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payments received are refundable according to the following schedule:
- Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable
- Cancellations received 15 - 89 days prior to arrival are 50% refundable
- Cancellations received 0 - 15 days prior to arrival are not refundable
In case we are able to rent out the house despite a cancellation, the full amount will be refunded irrespective of the cancellation date.
