Lehigh Acres House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The prices are for a booking with 2 people (including tourist and sales tax) each extra person is charged with $ 10 per day.
- For Christmas/Easter, a surcharge of 15% is due. The minimum rental for this time is 2 weeks.
For a long-term usage of the house, we can offer better conditions (at least 4 weeks). - Before arrival, a security deposit of $ 200 is due. The deposit upon registration is about 30%.
The remaining payment is due at least 6 weeks in advance. The electricity costs are charged according to consumption and taken from the security deposit.
The final cleaning fee for usage with 4 people is $ 111 (including tax) and for 6 people $ 132
(including tax).
