Lehigh Acres House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The stated prices are valid for occupancy with 2 persons (including tourist and sales taxes). Each further person will be charged with $ 10 per day.
- During Christmas/Easter and Pentecost a surcharge of 15% applies. The minimum stay during this period is 2 weeks. For a long-term use of the house, we can offer better conditions (at least 2 months).
- Before you receive the keys, you will have to pay a deposit of $ 200. The down payment upon reservation will be about 30 % of the rental price. The balance has to be paid latest 6 weeks before arrival. Electricity will be charged on consumption and will be credited with the deposit. The final cleaning will be charged with $ 111 up to 4 persons (including taxes) and $ 132 for 5 persons (including taxes).
