The price includes beddings, hand towels, shower towels and beach towels, internet access, local phone calls, using the grill, cleaning of the pool, garden care, WIFI. Payment in Euro possible according to our prices on the Germany website.

The house offers a fully equipped kirchen with everything a luxury house you should expect. The 597 sqft lanai is huge with a big table and 8 chairs. There is a screen to avoid to have any insects in the pool area. You will find sufficcient loungers in the big pool area.
Pool and whirlpool can diveded fromt he terrace with a baby-barrier-fence. This gives you a chance to relax while the toddlers are playing. There is a pool table on the 2nd floor. A 3car garage has space enough if 3 couples are bringing their cars if they rent them individually.
