Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- In addition to the rental price there is final cleaning fee of 75 USD and a one time fee of 75 USD we have to pay to the owners association. Florida taxes of 11.5% as of January 1st, 2010 have to be added to the rental price.
- We will reserve the apartment for sure, if we receive a deposit of 10% (at least 100 USD) from the total rental cost on our our American account. This reservation can be canceled up to three month before the rental period starts and we will refund your money minus a cancellation fee of 100 USD. If you need to cancel within the 3 month time span, we will keep your deposit if we don't find another renter for the same time period. If we do find another person, you will receive your money back minus the 100 USD cancellation fee.
The remaining rental fee is due one month before the begin of the rental period.
In addition a 300 USD deposit is due with the remaining rental fee, which is fully refundable once the apartment is returned in the same condition as before. - A rebate is given to people staying 3 weeks or longer. Please contact us directly for your special offer.
