Two children up to 10 years of age 100% free of charge. - No hidden costs!!! Electricity and water costs, house instruction and care by our German and English speaking house management are included in the rental price. Telephone (local conversations free of charge)
Internet, trash fees, regular lawn and pool service. - Minimum rental length of one week. During Christmas and Easter, the minimum rental length is 2 weeks. There is a seasonal fee of 10% for Christmas and Easter. Plus 11% taxes for Florida sales tax. The cost for the final cleaning is $ 150 - and is to be paid on site in cash.
