  • CASA LEON can only be rented in it's entirety, regardless of the number of people seeking to rent. Minimum rental period is one week.
    Prices vary from 2 - 11 persons :

    2 - 4 Pers. € 180.- per night
    5 - 6 Pers. € 300.- per night
    7 - 8 Pers. € 440.- per night
    9 - 11 Pers. € 660.- per night

    Prices include electricity, water, telephone, internet access and mineral water. With a binding agreement, 50% of the rental price is to be paid in advance, the rest of the payment is required before commencement of travel.
    *Prices will be higher during the holiday season : Easter, Christmas and New Years Eve.
    WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARDS. WE WILL NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT OUR ACCOUNT UNTIL THE RENTING CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED BY THE RENTER.
  • CASA LEON can only be rented in it's entirety, regardless of the number of people seeking to rent. Minimum rental period is one week. Prices include electricity, water, telephone, internet access and mineral water. With a binding agreement, 50% of the rental price is to be paid in advance, the rest of the payment is required before commencement of travel.

    A service charge of 15% of the rental price is to be made by cash payment. The service charge covers the daily cleaning of the kitchen, baths and bed linen, and the weekly cleaning of all living rooms, bedrooms, the terraces and the pool.

    Additional Services like breakfast, cooking, grocery shopping,
    laundry service and other special requests are individually determined
    with a base cost of € 9.- per hour. The one time fee for final cleaning will be € 220.- .
    *Prices may vary during the Holiday season.
  • Travel from the airport to CASA LEON takes about 30 minutes.
    The nearby village, Montaña la Data, is about 2 miles away and provides a small grocery store and a drug store. Maspalomas, with all modern amenities in ample supply is about 7 miles away. Once you are in Maspalomas the beach is only a short distance further.
    Since CASA LEON is located in the mountains, it is essential to acquire a rental car.
    All other pertinent information is provided upon reception of an inquiry. In general Price is tiered from 2 to 11 people. CASA LEON can only be rented in it's entirety, regardless of the number of people seeking to rent.
    There is a service area for laundry and additional fridges in the basement. Additionally, our supervisor, can be reached at all times should you require anything else.

  • A second terrace, called the Caribic, rests further down from the pool terrace and comes with an outdoor grill and a bar. Reached via a grand stairway, the way leading to the Caribic is overgrown at one point with a 200 year old Mimosa and further along a white striped Aloe plant beckons to be admired. Once you have reached the Caribic you have a wonderful view of the surrounding valleys of lava rock and the ocean, all the way to the clear horizon. The air is unusually clean and clear. There are few places on earth where the stars seem so close. The main living room, the 'Salon', provides ample opportunities to listen to music and relax with friends and family. Attached to the Salon is also a Club Room, a fireplace - room, and a small Library alcove. The Club Room contains a small Bar and round table ideal for playing cards, smoking cigars and enjoying some Port.

  • 5 bedrooms with 2 beds each and their own bathroom await the tired reveler. All bathrooms have floor tile heating and all bedrooms have their own mini-fridge. Apartment # 2 additionally contains a Suite with fireplace and TV. It has two separate beds standing together as a double. Apartments # 3 and # 4 are the classic CASA LEON rooms, and retain their original charm with their old spanish woodworked closets and beds. These apartments also reside directly across from the pool and provide an alternative shower in the morning. These Apartments have separate beds. Apartment # 5 is the smallest room and ideally suited for younger people or children and comes with a small, walled off terrace and a big bathroom. Apt. # 5 has separate beds. Apartment # 7 is the only room that is located on the 2nd floor and is directly connected to the big central patio. It comes with TV and air-condition and has a double bed.

Notes: The main living room, the 'Salon', provides ample opportunities to listen to music and relax with friends and family. The Dining Room is dominated by a huge, 40 year old, round wooden table, framed by 12 Tulip Chairs. During the summer, the Dining Room, with it's imposing ceiling and cool temperature, becomes the perfect local for entertaining friends and family. The adjoining kitchen provides ample space for your culinary dreams, but stoking the flames at the outdoor grill is always an option. The Salon provides the following entertainment amenities: A Geneva XL Audio System for CDs and with iPod-Dock, a huge flat panel TV with attached DVD player and PS3. Contained in the Library alcove you will find Phone, Fax, Copy Machine, Internet with WLAN and the door-speaker system.
