Each extra person € 15,- per day during the summer .
Each extra person € 25,- per day during the winter.
For shortstays (3 nights) we calculate a fee from € 80,- in summer and € 120,- in winter.
Included in the rental price: visitor's tax, bedsheets and bathroom linen, electricity, heating and sauna, garbage, trash, garage/carport.
Prices per day for the additional bedroom (flatlet): € 80,- during the winter / € 55,- during the summer
Unique: final cleaning € 225,- in summer, € 245,- in winter - Optional bookable:
Breakfast or half board catered in the alpine chalet. Be pampered daily and be surprised with culinary delights peak season € 35,- per person and day. Catered diner: € 26,- per person and day. Choicest breakfast buffet: € 14,- per person and day.
Family tariffs for care: young children up to 3 years of age are invited. From 3 to 6 years of age 50%, from 6 to 15 years 30 % discount.
On request and per reservation, we can organize the following services: shopping service, daily cleaning, cleaning in the middle of the week, house cleaner, cook, babysitter.

- Four sleep nests. Each with shower, washing table, hair dryer and WC. In the bedroom there is an open cloakroom and with a long row of cabinets, with a section for every bed. To be used as 1 to 4 bedrooms or as a mass hall for children. Up to 18 beds are in the 4 bedrooms and in the sunny room. For each guest, there are two large towels for swimming and one towel for showering. You have the option of booking an Alpin Flatlet in addition to your Alpin Chalet as an additional bedroom - according to the motto - Live in the Alpin Chalet - but still your own boss.

The Alpin Chalet is above it all. Location and architecture rise to the higher spheres. It thrones over everyday life. Far from the mainstream and far from the usual. The kick of a new setting is guaranteed. Bedrooms for cuddly bears to retreat, an alpine atrium for big and small players, a private sauna with a view, a large kitchen for hobby cooks, an alpine loft a high rise in the nature in the middle of impressive mountains. Catering desired? Breakfast and/or dinner can be prepared in your chalet and delivered containers to keep them warm. The counter top in the kitchen can be used as a buffet table, there you will find your finished meal for self-catering. The catering dishes will be taken again during your next delivery. The delivery and pick up occurs as discretely as possible - as if only the little people were in the house. However, you must take care of the service and washing yourself.
