Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Christmas & New Year weeks, price £550 per week. Reduced rates for low occupancy and late bookings. Prices include 13% Florida Sales Tax. A 20% deposit is required at time of booking (balance payable 10 weeks before departure). Cancellation of a booking less than 10 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of the booking. It is advisable to have adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation, accident or illness. Pool heat at £85 ($150) per week is an optional extra (recommended between October and April) and should be requested at time of booking. A refundable security deposit of £100 ($200) is required. This is to be held as security against inventory damages, excess cleaning costs etc. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after a satisfactory inspection by the management company.
