Additional information for boaters ...: People who are interested in motorboat and all arts of water sports come year after year to us. Mainly, because Cape Coral has this incredible top location for them. From our own wharf you can reach in ca. 5 mins Caloosahatchee River. No flood-gates or bridges hinder you to get to the Gulf from Mexico. The wonderful islands of Sanibel and Captiva, also the beaches of Fort Myers are a short distance from our villa. The quiet sandy beaches full of shells and the fantastic water conditions are a marvellous place especially for children to play and swim. Even, if you have no experience in going a motorboat, so its no problem. In the US you don’t need a license. Our house management will be pleased to give you an introduction of about 2 hours, so you become familiar with the boat and the water areas.
