The Rental rates are up to 3 guests, excluding power consumption and 11% taxes (Florida Sales-Tax & Tourist-Tax) ! Additional children under the age of 12 are included, each additional person over the age of 12 will be charged 50$ per week (excluding Taxes). The house has enough bedrooms for up to 6 people, and there is a couch in the living room that could be exeptionally used for visitors. We will not rent out the Residence to more than 6 permanent guests. Ask us for last minute or 'gap filling' specials !!! - You are invited to use the grill on the Patio at no charge, but we kindly ask you to refill the propane gas before your departure. The cleaning of the grill has to be done by yourself. If the grill is left uncleaned we will have to charge a 40$ fee for cleaning. A baby highchair, baby flatware and a baby bed are provided by us at no additional cost!
- The final cleaning is 130$ (excluding taxes) and has to be paid with the booking. The security deposit is 500$ or 300 Euro and has to be paid in cash or traveller checks at check-in. The water consumption is included in the rental rates, as well as highspeed Internet Access, satellite TV (Top 100 channels) and local phone calls. Electricity costs will be charged according to consumption at 0,13$/kWh on the day of departure. You will be welcomed by a english speaking housemanagement which will be brief you in the house. For any questions or needs the management will be available for you to make your stay even more relaxing!

- There is an additional shower on the patio so you don´t have to go inside the house every time just to take a quick shower before or after swimming in the pool. All bathrooms are equipped with enough towels and bath towels for up to 6 people, and bedding is provided for all bedrooms as well. There´s no need for you to bring any linen with you to the Palmtiki-Residence. Washer and dryer are available at no charge and can be used in the utility room at any time.

- The Palmtiki-Residence offers plenty of space with its 3 bedrooms for 6 permanent guests. In addition to that we have a sleeper sofa that could be occasionally used for 2 visitors. The master-bedroom offers a kingsized bed, LCD TV and a large walk-in closet. You can directly access the pool and patio from this bedroom. Furthermore the master-bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom, toilet and shower. The two other bedrooms share the second bathroom which offers a toilet and a bath tub with shower. They are equipped with a queensized bed, respectively two twin beds, and all our bedrooms have ceiling fans, walk-in closets and alarm clocks with CD/Radio/MP3. The queensized bedroom provides direct access to the pool and patio as well as the master-bedroom. For your comfort we provide a baby bet at no extra charge which is portable and can be setup in either of the bedrooms.
