Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rental rate includes the energy costs. Only 1 € per person and night have to be paid (visitor's tax) and there will be a charge of € 60 for the final cleaning. 6 (!) luxury bikes (Gudereit and Gazelle) as well as two children bikes (20 and 24') can be rented for only € 65 per week. From now there is also a luxury bike trailer available (Chariot - 2 seating with baby seat), that is included in the rent of the bikes.
Also we need a bail from 150 euros per stay.

A booking for Nov./Dec./Jan./Feb. 2013/14 - one week for 390 euros (all cost)!!!!!!
(Valid until July 2013) - Now you can also enjoy the German Football League and the Champions League for free on the 42 inches LCD TV from Philips.
- Included in the price are internet, telephone and fax - you only have to pay for the calls and the fax transfers - and only the costs that are actually accrue. During the summer month the beach cabin is also included in the price.
The internet access have a speed from 60 mbit/sec down- and 6 mbit/sec upload

- A real highlight is the luxury kitchen with appliances from Miele (there is even a steamer available), that has been built in November 2009. At the same time also the radiators and the floor tiles, as well as the cloakroom have been renewed. In September 2010 we have got new curtains in warm tints. In October 2010 we have got a new heating. In April 2011 we have got two new leather sofa from Natuzzi. In our brandnew bathroom you find a high-quality and bouble vanity basin, a great rain shower and a underfloor heating.
