October 1st to December 14th and January 5th to May 31st 1 Studio $ 790.00 per week, 2 bedrooms $ 1,106.00 per week, both units combined as 3 bedrooms $ 1,580.00 per week.
December 15th to January 4th 1 Studio $ 1066.50 per week, 2 bedrooms $ 1,493.10 per week, both units combined as 3 bedrooms $ 2,133.00 per week.

Once you decide to go forward with the rental, please email us again with your dates, amount of rooms needed, amount of people staying and any other pertinent information that could be needed to create the rental contract. Please advise us of your preferred method of payment so we can instruct you further with bank information etc. To hold the reservation please send a 50% deposit immediately with this signed contract. Thirty (30) days prior to arrival the balance of 50% will be due to hold the reservation. - Payment Options:
1) If you send a US drawn cashier’s check or money order to our US mailing address, no further fees will be added.
2) If you wire US funds into our US account, additional USD 20.00 per transaction will be charged to cover the wire fees.
3) If you pay by credit card, the total amount in US currency will be charged to your credit card. The 4% cash rebate will be added back on to the total amount.
4) **If you pay in Euro to our German account, please note that all payments will be converted with the actual exchange rate for the payment date made for both deposit and balance payment. The official interbank rate +4% will be used for conversion, which is the same rate that you will get from your bank when converting Euro to USD.
